Making moments meaningful
or
Making the Most of Everyday Interactions
James Freeman is the founder of Training Grounds where he facilitates leadership development in organizations focused on improving the lives of young people. He has a master’s degree in organizational leadership and over 30 years of experience in youth work and trauma-exposed settings. James lives in southern California USA.
In our daily work with young people and families, certain moments stand out as opportunities for deeper connection and growth. Some are carefully planned, while others take us by surprise. In this session, we’ll explore the natural rhythms of therapeutic encounters and discover how to transform everyday interactions into powerful opportunities for development and healing.
Join us to learn practical approaches that can turn even the most routine moments into meaningful steps toward positive change.
No prior information is necessary, however, participants may benefit from reviewing the attached ‘quick reference cards’ some essentials of a relational care approach.
