Tijdens de Algemene Vergadering van FICE International, die in oktober 2024 plaatsvond in Split, is Peter van de Pol, secretaris van FICE Nederland, verkozen tot vice-president van FICE International.

Pre-engineered buildings (PEBs) are an innovative construction method where structural components are designed, fabricated, and assembled off-site before being erected at the project location. This approach has gained significant popularity in industrial, commercial, and even residential sectors due to its speed, cost-effectiveness, and design flexibility.

In a pre-engineered building, all components — including the primary frame, secondary members, roof, wall panels, and accessories — are engineered to precise specifications in a factory-controlled environment.
